1. Digital Products

All digital products (including e-books and downloadable checklists) are delivered via email and/or direct download after purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a download link immediately after checkout.

  • If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@beatingjetlag.com

There are no shipping fees or wait times for digital purchases.
 

2. Physical Products (Essentials Kit – Coming Soon)

We are preparing to launch physical products (including the Jet Lag Essentials Kit). Once available, the following policies will apply:

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the size of your order.
 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
