All sales of digital products, including e-books, downloadable checklists, and guides, are final and non-refundable.

Once your order is processed and the download link is provided, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned once delivered.

2. Physical Products (Essentials Kit – Coming Soon)

Once physical products become available, we will update this section with detailed refund and return policies.

In general, unopened physical items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, at your expense, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
